Acupuncture Appointments

Adele's Weekly Acupuncture Schedule:

Mondays: 11:00am-6:00pm
Wednesdays: 11:00am-7:30pm
Thursdays: 10:00am-6:30pm


New Patient Intake & First Acupuncture Treatment:  $170
Includes conversation about social and medical history, plus Chinese Medicine physical examination, diagnosis & treatment plan, and first acupuncture treatment. 90 minutes.
Follow-up Appointments/Acupuncture Treatments:  $95
Includes following up on current health concerns, and talking about any new symptoms or situations that may arise during the course of treatment. Acupuncture, as well as bodywork such as moxa, cupping, and gua sha, may be utilized. 60 minutes.




​​Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards, cash and checks are accepted. I am not in-network with insurance companies, but I am able to give you a superbill with medical codes in the case that you would like to send it to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

Military, student, and financial hardship discounts are reviewed and given on a case by case basis. Just ask!

Yin Yoga is an experience of holding passive poses to open deep connective tissues. This increases flexibility, mobility, range of motion, and decreases pain and stiffness in the body. Because it is a meditative practice, it is mentally and emotionally calming and relieves stress. Yin Yoga is for all levels from beginner to experienced. Have props handy: blocks (or books), bolster (or couch cushion/pillow), blanket or towel. 

I'd love to hear from you! Please let me know any feedback you may have about class times and formats! For example if you prefer evenings or mornings, let me know! I tend to be more free to teach on Tuesdays and Fridays. I'd love to hear times of the day and class types that work for you! I'm also wondering if I should go back to weekly classes.
